Jim is Gene's young Outlaw partner. Although he doesn't have as many years under his belt as Gene, Jim is actually a bit more levelheaded and mature than his older buddy is. Where Gene is somewhat impulsive and reckless, Jim is rather clever and sensible. Jim always looks out for his pal and is careful to avoid trouble. But when danger looms, he often has an explosive charge handy for Gene's trusty blaster.
